How to register for an EIDOS Store account
This is simple, registration can be done when you go through the checkout process or it can also be done by clicking on the “Account” button next to the basket on the top right of the page.

How to change your email address
As your email is linked to the license for your downloaded content you will need to request this by contacting EIDOS Store Support.

How to change your postal address
Sign in to your store account by clicking on the “Account” button. When you have signed in, select “Change postal address”. The screen will update and show you your current address details. Update the relevant fields and click “Save changes”. All done!

How to change your password
Sign in to your store account by clicking on the “Account” button. When you have signed in, select “Change password”. Type in your old password followed by your new password then reconfirm your new password. Finally click “Save changes”. All done!
